I allowed it to ring, they left no answer

They called my mobile phone. No message.

Call went to a cell phone number that has been given to only a few close family and friends. On Monday, 1/16/17. Not answered, just a missed call. No message left. No idea who called me.

Called cell - didn't leave message.  I called back and it said the survey was now closed.  I blocked caller.
