Received a call at 11:21 Am on 7/20...just some confusing man's voice with a few words and they hung up....I too filed a complaint with the FCC. Maybe they will shut them down like Oregon did with "Rachel" at Card Member Services last week.

I received a call from this number at 728 PM oN 7/20/13 with a message that consisted of harsh noise for about 3 seconds.
