Days before receiving a call from "Pres Design - 894-8009" I noticed a nondescript van parked on the road in front of my residence. When I received the call, a person speaking in broken English said that he noticed that I was in the process of residing my home and insinuated that only a professional like him could do the work. When I asked for his construction contractor's license number, business license number, and physical business address, he hung up.
