Who called from 5039028131

I live in the Chicago area - just called me and I didn't answer.

Half hour ago, ignored

Just called my cellphone.  I did not answer and they did not leave a voicemail.  In Canton, OH

Called my cell and left no message

Received a call as well, man I just changed my number to get rid of solicitors on a number that I had for 10 years.  These cell  phone providers have to be selling the list...  I have had my phone number for 3 days.. Same thing it was a political call.
