Who called from 5039028131

was called at 04/10/2012 @ 10:20a PST on my WA state cell
white noise, noone talking

Called me at 9:30 AM this morning....did not leave a message.  Says they are Political Opinions of America and wanted me to do a survey, but that survey time has now ended.  Gave an option of pressing "1" to be removed, which I did.  I will now block the number on Call Control that I have on my cell.

I got a call at 10:11 central time from this number.  I live in Lincoln, NE.  I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

I have no idea receive this call.

Just received a call from this number. No response when I answered.
