Who called from 5039255161

Called twice.  No message.

Called and hung up.

when calling this number back, they are claiming to be in the Utah Discover Card call center trying to sell me ID THEFT PREVENTION, but one person that answered had an Indian name with an Indian accent, so how is it that she's in UTAH of all places?  They're also calling me through 15039466700, though this one sounds just like the discover voice.

Received call from this number.  Left blank voicemail.  Called it back and message said, "You have reached Discover Card...."

Life Shield???
