This number calls me seemingly at random every few months.  They call 3-5 times in one day, never leave a message, and give up for a while.  I don't have any outstanding debt and don't know anyone that would call from the 503 area.  Due to past attempts by people to steal my identity, I don't answer calls I don't recognize.  So, I won't likely ever figure out who it is.
