Spam caller, caller said responding for doggie care then hung up.  Has called my home and cell.  Scary.

Spammer calls from 2690 ellis ave ne, salem or, also uses voip sys to spam numbers with ranges of 3631684, 83, 85, -89.  May use 541, and 971 area codes. Will also call cells.
