Who called from 5039720562

I have received two phone calls from this number.  No one talks.  I am unable to have anyone answer my return phone calls.

Same thing happens to me it plays music then hangs up

Received several calls with no response when answered.  Called number back, yet recording states number not in service!

Political calls - same for 503-972-0506

I keep getting a bothersome call from this number nobody talks I call that they don't even answer doesn't even give a ringtone I wanted to stop..
