Got a text message from this number. Since I don't text, I didn't open it.  The "subject" line read "customer - Make ...".

Another website says that this is not a valid number and "if you are sure that you got a phone call from a number beginning with this prefix, the caller may have 'spoofed' caller ID."  Obviously that's what's happening here.  Explains why I was unsuccessful in tracking where this number is from.

This is definitely a scam.  I will still report this to Do Not Call, even though it was a text message and a spoof.
