calls over and over everday with threats, random slurred speech and impersonations.

i get calls everyday from this number over and over again
somehow they know some of my personal information
when i dont answer this number they will call from another number that says witheld and leave me voicemails

My fiance called me from this number and tried to call me collect.  He had been stabbed and robbed and last I heard he was on the way to the hospital.

I tried calling him back on that number and it gave a message, "I reached the American Roaming Network"  I purchased a pin number and all like it instructed and couldn't get through.

Who is the carrier for this phone number?

I still have yet to hear from my boo.

Random phone calls in the middle of the night.
I don't answer because i'm trying to sleep.
They dont leave voicemail either, which i'm kind of
happy about. This kind of number has just started
calling me. Why can't these New Orleans people
