They just called me and there was no one on the line, Guess they were checking to see if I have an active number.

Idiots say nothing. Can't call them back. Grrrrrr

Caller would not respond when I answered. I have that this number is a marketing scam claiming to be a government health insurance provider.

Do not know this number - never give out cell phone number - blocking this number

This is DEFINATELY a SCAM. 2 times I got calls from this number with the caller ID of Honduras. 2 other times the caller ID said New Orleans. Regardless of where the caller ID says, it's a bogus number. If you try to call it back, it is a non working number. My wife got the same calls and answered. Robocall for health insurance crap...
