Yep!!  They bought a dept from another company that wrote it off!!  I don't owe them a dime! When I do answer I tell them they have the wrong person.

Please report this number they are bullies and threatening

Since you received the call you need to report them.  If you had read the other posts, this debt collector is clearly identified.
