Calling everyday and hanging end...not saying a word

Call daily, sometimes 3 & 4 times.  Message plays in my voice mail but can't understand who they are looking for?

I don"t know this number and it is blocked when I try to return the call.

Waited a bit and a recording came on wanting to know if was still interested in increasing my education. (I'm 65) I started laughing and the line disconnected.

I just blocked them.
