Seems like a sales call, then they say it's not solicitation or sales, but a buisness thing. Caller ID says "Louisiana Recover" (perhaps Louisiana Recovery?) It's a real person recorded with some kind of validation code for me to reference when I call back and the number 337-261-5072 for the return call.
