11:23 PM, 8 Jun 2015: Caller ID shows HENRY NED. White male voice with sinus condition says, "This is the -- mumbled -- Department." There is a Ned Henry in the metro New Orleans area. He is a veterinarian in Mid-City. Evidently, this was a spoofed phone call. Weirdest of all was the fact that the number showed 504-237-9196 when I picked up the call, but showed as 504-237-3756 when I checked the call log! People like these deserved to be drawn and quartered alive!
