Who called from 5042471345

I get this call frequently. They leave no message; all that comes up on the id is the phone number. I called the number back and got a busy signal.

I got a call from this number and when I returned the call I got a busy signal also.

Same for me.  This number 504-247-1345 has called several times never leaving a message.  I do not bother to return the phone call.  Now that I've read this thread I will block this number.
