This is supposed to be a satellite number that this scammer uses when he says he is in Maylasia and/or Saudia Arbia.  This man that goes by the name of Franco Ziliani from San Diego, CA with a 24 year old daughter, Christiana Ziliani running a romance scam.  Claims to be very wealthy in the Diamond business.  Former wine critic and blogger from Italy. Trying to promise ladies that he will marry them and ends up needing money.
