I called the number back. She said she was from somewhere( she was pretty much whispering) and wanted to know if I was interested in furthering my education. I told her to NEVER CALL THIS NUMBER again!

I haven't been answering either they don't leave a voicemail but you almost need to answer and tell them yourself to stop calling

It's a collection agency.
