Rang but didn't answer, no message

It rang once and then stopped. No voicemail left.

I didn't answer, no message

Rcvd call and I did not answer, and they didnt leave a message.
I called back from a different phone and it is an automated mssg saying I won a voucher and to press 1.
I pressed 1 and it sounded like someone in another country like maybe the carribbean.

Phone rang once, didn't answer, no voice mail.  Looks like a scammer...............
