Just got a call about 'winning a vacation.' Anytime I tried to ask a question about who was calling or to say I wasn't interested, this 'Tim' was like "I'm sorry, I didn't hear you."
Just received a call from this number! Thought it might have been important and was rushing to get to my cell phone. I, too, am on the DNC for cell and landline and apparently that means nothing. Tried calling it back and got busy signal. Didn't recognize it, so I figured I'd Google it to see if it was valid. So glad that I did. These folks should be brought up on charges for violating the DNC laws.
Just now, as I was enjoying morning coffee and savoring the peace of no scammer calls for a record-breaking five days, my cellphone began flashing and ringing with a call from this number. The "free cruise" scammer has been especially hard at work for a couple of months now, calling from various numbers, always with local area codes. "Tim" has also called from 504-535-5895 and 504-335-0031. This is my third call from 504-358-0387, today's call being the first to my cell.
