I have received multiple calls from this company. I have not done any business with this company in a few years. At one time, they seemed to be a legitimate business that sold tools. I am not sure that is the case now. They go by several different names and phone numbers (based on my caller i.d.). I have seen Ace Supply, West Supply, Western Supply, California Contractors Supply, Atlas Supply, Cal Pacific, Capital Supply, etc.
Over the years the calls from this "man" seem to get weirder and weirder. I recognize his voice, so there is no doubt who is calling, regardless of what new name comes up on the caller i.d. Anyway, at first I thought it was one guy that kept losing his job and called from different places of employment. But through research, (RipoffReport.com, etc.) it appears that every business name that this man calls from is owned by William Rozakis. I am not sure if the "man" calling is William Rosakis, but it appears that as soon as one company name becomes tarnished, he just changes business names.
Over the years I have complained with the BBB, police entities, Federal Trade Commision, Secretary of State, etc. Nothing happens, the owner just opens up a new company name and (he or his employees) just keep up the harassment. I do not believe that this company really has any desire to sell tools, just randomly harrass people. I have read many derogatory statements that have been made by this company that others have posted. They range from demeaning to violent. Mostly towards women and minorities. If you have any doubt about my comments, please google the name William Rozakis, or Ace Industrial Supply or any of the names in the body of this letter.
