This is the 5th number that I do not recognize. I don't answer them, therefore, after about the 6th or 7th ring they hang up. I now have a list of "do not answer" phone numbers. Do you want to have fun and see how fast they hang up? I once answered one of these calls with "You have reached the New York Police Department. What is your emergency?"
