Called on July 1st 2016 at 2:00 PM and CID displayed "1-504-416-9061" . Normally I dont answer my phone from numbers that I dont reconize, but I decide to answer this time and it was a recording about lowering interest rates on my charge card. Since i have no Charge cards to begin with, I hung up and blocked the number permanetly on my cell phone.

Call is to lower interest and credit card debt. I never acumulate interest. I waited to be connected to an operator so I can ask them to be taken off the phone list. The operator just tells me to hold on and continues to speak to her colleagues and ignores me. She wanted me to hand up so she doesn't have to take me off the phone list.
