Phone rang, I refused to connect.  Just phishing for live cell numbers to sell to scammers I'm sure. Said it was from Louisiana?

I get cold calls on my cell from these out-of-state numbers at least once a week.
Always on Fridays (paydays) and the first three days of each month (think Social Security, public assistance, etc.)
Number BLOCKED

Got a call one hour ago from this number.  I was not around at the time to answer it.  Tried calling it and received nothing.  Must be a scammer.
