Number belongs to Frances Wilde in Louisiana.  She/he is an EBAY scammer.  Sold and failed to deliver DVDs from about 50 or more people on EBAY.  Beware.  If you are one of those folks, just dispute it on your credit card.  Don't waste your time on EBAY or Paypal.  If they help at all, it takes forever.
