00notes is not affiliated with the number texting you, we are not texting you either. 800notes is a forum for reporting who calls/texts you and any information you may have about the call to share with other forum users. It is highly doubtful that your textor is reading here also. We can't stop anyone from texting you either or remove from a list.
If you don't have a blocking feature on your cell, look up call blocking apps by googling, maybe one of the free blocking apps will work on your phone.
