Do not press any number if you are prompted to do so. This will put you on the "chump" list, and you probably will receive more spam phone calls than you ever imagined you could.
this number came up at 9 AM this morning. I live in the 504, but have seen this scam many times. the phrase "out of area" appeared on my screen, which suggests a robot in another state or country is using this number to appear to be a local caller, at least to me. I never answer "out of area" calls.
