There was someone there (recording), but I just held the phone for about 9 seconds to see if a recording was starting and it did. Just like Rick said (Surprisingly just now, too), it was offering cash advances but provided no identifier information.
No message. I've saved this number to my caller ID under "scam" so if they call again I'll know to ignore it, or answer the call and repeatedly press the # key to signal the robo dialer that it's a nonworking number.
