I've received several calls from this number; no message has been left.

Didnt answer message left Lady said her name was Katie Jackson & requested that I return her call.

It is from a collection company from a hospital - company "Southern Credit Recovery" - call 504-841-2000 - I spoke with one supervisor who transferred me to the actual department where the calls are coming from - supervisor Bobbi Grant -

Supposedly they are unaware that many callers are being called and hung up on - they now know and are going to stop the harassment -

Please note, my account was not past due - Blue Cross had just made its payment and they were receiving monthly payments from me "on time" - - because I knew there would be a balance $47 - wow all this harassment over that small amount.
