Receive calls from these folks on a daily basis - usually twice a day or more. I've told them repeatedly that they have the wrong number...doesn't matter. If I don't answer, I either get no message or some message about a check that I wrote OR something about a civil complaint. I FINALLY found out today that they are calling themselves "FFG & Associates" representing some lawyer whose name was mumbled and then the girl hung up on me. The only thing I've been able to find on FFG is out of Nevada and they have a current Cease & Desist order. If anyone has any additional info on these scoundrels, I'd really appreciate it if you could reply to this message with the info. I will be reporting them to every single agency I can find pertaining to consumer rights.

I have been getting calls from this number for some time now. It is a recorded mesage and says it is in regards to a check I have written. However most of my payments are paid directly from the bank and I have no checks out that I know of. I do not like to get this sort of calls. I am told to return the call and ask for Josph.
