Who called from 5046844499

Got 2 texts to my cell, one on a Sat. and one on the following Sun. Both texts read: "customer issue, eppi card frozen. please call at 504 684 4499"

I don't have an eppi card, and as far as I know, most businesses don't work on Sat. or Sun. Has to be a scam...
