Abandoned Call.
Usually these type of hangup calls are robots blind calling numbers to see if they are active. If they are, they put you into a database for future scam / telemarketing calls.

Rung twice and hung up before I could answer.

Same as above..... Rang twice and hung up.  No msg, No nothing.!  a Royal Pain.!  and on my Cell phone TOO !!

Came to my cell. I Googled the number and it got me to this thread. Consider this an official report. I want nothing to do with whoever this is.

Scam artists I'm sure.
