Who called from 5047542781

I too keep getting these calls. When I called it back, recording says out of service. How do we make them stop?

i have for about 3 weeks now about 4 times a week received calls and when i call back says not in service and want it to stop!!

This number literally calls my phone atleast 5-6 times A DAY im not sure exactly how to make them stop, but im going to have to figure something out because this is getting very ridiculous.
