Who called from 5047773962

This number calls me multiple times a day. When I answer, there's no one there.
It is sketchy. All posts I have read here worry me. I'm paranoid that it relates to recent hacking of Apple accounts or any of the other major hacking incidents from the news.

They are calling my private family-only phone. I never give this number for any transaction. It is for emergencies. So it's bizarre that anyone is calling it from telecom comp.

All they do is plumb in a set of numbers to computers or dialers and there you have it, you do not have to give out a number and being unlisted means zip to these creeps.  

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

I Just received a call from this number. They did not leave a message. I googled the number and was directed to this site. From what I'm reading it sounds like some sort of scam

I hope you all are right and this is a scam. However, my experience with this number has been a little different. I'm pretty sure this number is connected somehow in the hacking situation I am experiencing ( since appox. May 2014 ) and it's been a nightmare. This number is ALLLLL over my cell phone records (both calling & texting) though it's not me doing it ... hmmm ... The number is not a working number when I call it. I've been doing tons of digging and would appreciate any advice on how to track a hacker. THANKS. [email protected]
