Rec'd this call around 4 in Derry NH- pressed 9 to tell them to remove my name from list-- no answer after many rings-- tried calling number back and got repeated message saying call could not be completed as dialed-- 06946 even though I had dialed complete number each time?
Called on 8/26/2009 at 4:40 PM in Bedford NH. Prerecorded message from "Card Services". Said to press 9 to speak to a representative to "lower your interest rates".
I pressed 9 to find out who they were. Extremely rude individual "Jim" wouldn't tell me anything about who they were. Asked him how they got my number ... he just said "fine, stick with your high interest credit cards" and hung up on me.

Pressed 9 to speak with rep -- to tell them to take me off list ------- got NO answer-- then was concerned that maybe the press 9 was a gimmick to somehow make calls charged to my acct? Tried calling the # back and repeatedly got message that my call to 06946 could not be completed even though each time I dialed the complete number-- Recorded call rec'd in Derry NH at approx 4 PM 8/26/09
