Come on, folks...there is no prefix "123" in the USA phone system. Of course it's a scammer with a "spoofed phone number." (At least the @#$% aren't spoofing someone else's real number.) Just never answer any call from a number you don't recognize--if you have voice mail, let it roll to your voice mail and really frustrate these creeps. If you don't, let it ring, to frustrate these creeps. (And never answer any calls that come in as "unknown" or "out of area." If it's legit, let them leave a message, and you can pick up during the message. And then let the caller know they must put a legitimate name and phone number on their outgoing calls, because you don't answer unidentified calls.
