Who called from 5052003296

Keep on calling me. I don't know what they want.

They are calling me telling me I need to call them, New Mexico state police department and that I need to call them or else.

Called back and it says "the number you have reached is not in service; this is a recording".

call & call, but if they leave a message, it's all garbled and very very faint.  They are definitely NOT
NM State Police, but some outfit called EDU Media  -- maybe a scam on people who want to go to college ??

This number has called me 8 times today, but no message is left... I finally just added the number to my call reject list on my phone !
