I have received 6 calls from this line in the last 3 days but they never leave a message.  Checked Dexonline and It is a cell phone but I have to pay to find out who it belongs to and I can't receive "premium messages" to find out.   I called and got a message that said "at the subscriber's request, this phone does not receive incoming calls."  

I've put my phone on restriction because I'm tired of getting calls from this number.
