Since it was not a local call to me, I let it go to the answering machine, and the scum on the other end must've forwarded the call, since the answering machine recorded the phone company's error tone and "If you would like to make a call..." message. Ticks me off everytime this happens! I've got a list of callers who do this so I can end the call before the answering machine records that, but this wasn't on it - YET.
