I don't know where else to let this off my chest. I accidentally missed dialed Best Buy at 505 298 3565 when it should have been 505 298 3585. I began the call by asking if this was the person I needed to speak to regarding finding a product I was interested in. I always ask that, of every company, to save time. The woman who answered the phone said 'yes' in a very bored tone. I was like 'wow, Best Buy needs to work on their customer service', but I asked if they had the product I needed. The woman who answered got snippy and asked if I was trying to reach Best Buy, I aid 'yes', and she said I had the wrong number. I told her not to say 'yes' as if she was that company, next time. She told me dial the right number next time, raising her voice, and hung up on me. I checked the number and I had indeed misdialed; but that was VERY rude to pretend to be the company. I realize it sucks to have a phone number that's a digit or two off from a national chain; but wow. never ever waste people's time by playing games with them just because you yourself are ticked off. So if anyone misdials Best Buy, and the lady on the other end plays games with you, you weren't the only one. Just pray for her. I could have handled this better myself, but that just really annoyed me. And if you're reading this, and you have a number which receives calls like that, it's not cool to pretend to be the company others are misdialing, no matter how often it happens to you. Just politely say a person has reached a wrong number, and bid them a nice day. Don't waste people's time.
