Belen NM location, woman with difficult to understand Asian accent tried explaining to me that they have been notified I was interested in modifying my credit with them. Scammer. Blocked.

I called back and it answered with press 9 if you want to be on our do not call list. hmmm, guess that is the only reason people call back.  what does that say?  scammers suck
