It is a collection agency that is incredibly stupid and illegal. They know the person they are looking for is not at my phone number but have kept trying to call for over 3 years.
The first time these idiots called was literally while I was standing at the phone company store and while the representative was still holding my new phone assigning and activating me new service for the first time and I had not even been given my number yet myself which means that it is physically impossible that anyone they are looking for would be at my number and despite that info direct from the phone company representative telling them they got the wrong number, these idiots have been illegally auto dialing every day, twice a day for over 3 years.
I received a default judgement of $10,000 that was later forcibly collected from the assets of this collection agency knowingly and intentionally repeatedly attempting to call the wrong number so they lost that and still try to call.
A three level blockade was also issued against them making it impossible for them to call my number that is for a long time also physically bocked both at the phone company and my phone on both ends so if they call my number it never gets to me, it never rings, and they do not get voice mail either.
Their attempts to call however are logged with the FBI and I also get reports every couple of months telling me how many times these idiots attempted to dial my phone number any way regardless even though it does them no good and doesn't reach anywhere at all.
This bad collection agency calls mainly from 3 different numbers and already got heavy charges against them and no longer legally permitted to operate and they continue to ignore that which means nobody should be communicating with these idiots at all and any company stupid enough to hire them could find themselves in a whole lot of legal trouble as well.
My advice is get a decent blocking service and block their number.
