It's ostensibly a police fund to provide training and support for the families of fallen officers. They give you three options: $20,35,50 donations. When I asked if I could give $10 he said $15 is the minimum so "could I stretch it?" I asked "How can $15 be a minimum?" and to send me the envelope.
