They have called 5 times insisting they were from Dell. I called Dell support and they confirmed they did not call me. This is a scam to let them take control of y computer.

They just called me a few minutes ago telling me they were from Dell and they were getting error messages from my computer. Interesting as I don't even own a Dell, but anyway, I told him not to call back, that they were a scam and I was going to report them.
Have received several calls from 505-398-3355 - states New Mexico on my caller ID. Rep states he's from Dell and gave me my service tag #. Says my computer is kicking back updates; it just updated this morning. Wants me to call him back in front of my computer. Read these posts, not happening,
