Rabbi Cohen is a legitimate member of our community and I have known him for 10 years. He has graciously agreed to set on the Board of Directors of several non profits in N.M., some of which are listed in this defamatory post. After he testified against a group of neighbors involve various acts, they began a smear campaign against him and several have been cited in Court. The posting here was done by one of those so cited and that person is under investigation for other things as well.
Sheriff Virden is correct I can offer court testimony I have been lurking in the shadows compiling info on James Craig Gibson aka Yhoshua Ben Cohen. He flat out told me what he does. Honestly he plays the courts and does his dance tempting law enforcement to pull him over to try and win another suit And draining the N.M. Courts. Someone should have taken him out but that’s why he travels mostly in the middle of the night. Yes I am keeping tabs on him. Sherriff Virdens comment is either Cohen or he has been influenced I have spoken personally to Mr. Virden while he was with the Sheriffs department and he said the total opposite of the above statement.
