I am on the do not call list. They still called me. A recording said it was an important message from my credit card company. I got to a person and he asked if I had more than $3k in debt and said he was from "Cardmember Services". After asked another question he hung up.
Either a flatout scam or an overaggresive telemarketer.
Said they were lowering the interest rate of insurance or a credit. The guy would not answer my question about removing my phone number. He did know my name though I said he had the wrong person.
