Very very very weird lady. Don't do business with her, because she'll just come right back & ask for her money back complaining you didn't fix it right! We know we did & tried to explain to her that the problem was with HER OTHER equipment, but apparently she knows more about computers than our computer store does, lol, so we refunded her money just to get rid of her! She's very irritating & talks with a Connecticut accent, & wants something for nothing!
