these guys are calling my job and my cell phone saying the same crap to me. i dont know how to stop them from calling me at my job i fear they can make me lose my job, i so dont know what to do
Another thickly accented prick, this time with a threat about me needing an attorney. I had heard that one before (it was prob the same son-of-a-[***] who called me last time) and blocked his number via Verizon number block. Don't fall for these horrible &^%-holes!
I called to see what they wanted and first off h asked me to verify my information I told him I dont do that over the phone and then I told him we could not get a loan if we had to because we just got out of bankruptcy and he hung up on me so I'm trying to find out where I can report these people
Could not undestand message from heavily accent person so I call back and some guy with very nice english told me about a lawsuit so I told himm my lawyer will call back.
same thing for me telling me to have my attorney call him. Called back and he told me there was a lawsuit filed against me for a loan. I asked him for the case number, and what law firm he was with. I also asked for a verification of debt. He could not provide any of this and he hung up on me. its a scam.
This just happened to my husband he was telling me a private investigator would be getting in touch with my husband tomorrow if he didn't get in touch with him before midnight he said criminal charges were being filed against him. It has me concerned what do I need to do. Just ignore it
