*The FCC prohibits the use of automatic telephone dialing systems or prerecorded messages to call such wireless communications devices unless the call is made for emergency purposes or with the called partys prior express permission.
You may not know whether or not a call you received used an automatic dialing system. Calls to multiple telephone lines in quick succession often involve an automatic dialing system. Automatic dialing systems are used by many entities that regularly make calls to large numbers of telephone lines including telemarketers who rely heavily on such systems to conduct their business.
got a call from this number today. it was some get rich quick scam. i have been looking for some legitimate home businesses and my info must have been passed along.
505-515-0975 AKA Jason & Toni Ann Hall, (via land line located in Albuquerque, NM) have a Voicemail Marketing System which called my cell phone number, then automatically left a prerecorded message.
Very irritating to get Marketing System 'cold calls' like this!
Their website video claims they live in Las Cruses, NM.
If you call them back there is no opportunity to have your number removed from their list!
If you go to their website there is a form to fill in so they can contact you.
In my opinion the technique they are using is unprofessional and may be outside the limits of "The National Do Not Call Registry" rules.

to do any of these things:
-- to register a phone number
-- to file a complaint
or by calling the registry’s toll-free number at 1-888-382-1222 (TTY: 1-866-290-4236)
I have been on the DO NOT CALL list from the start. With these new attacks they use messages so you can not even opt out most of the time. When your number is sold it is hard telling how many people buy it. There has to be a better way than just a list, they need to be paying a LARGE FINE. I was called at 9 p.m. and to just beable to file a complaint at DO NOT CALL.gov is not enough pain for these low life scum sucking punks.
